Strategic Decision-Support System · Cascade Failure Prevention for Critical Sectors

Simulate before deciding.
Decide with evidence.

In complex systems — markets, policy environments, multi-stakeholder ecosystems — a single untested decision can cascade into systemic failure. AlphaGraph deploys Multi-Agent Divergent Thinking Simulations to surface hidden failure modes, map stakeholder dynamics, and stress-test your strategy before it enters the real world.

EU AI Act-Aligned Architecture Multi-Agent Divergent Reasoning Knowledge Graph-Grounded Simulation Data Sovereignty by Design

Reasoning, Abstraction, and Planning at Scale

A Strategic Decision-Support System built on three research pillars — and an uncompromising trust layer.
01 · DEEP REASONING

“Outcome-neutral agents that reason from first principles.”

Each simulation agent is grounded in a distinct identity — role-specific memories, behavioural priors, stance calibration, and institutional incentives as of the scenario start date. Agents are never anchored to expected outcomes. They reason from their own interests, react to each other’s positions, and update across discrete rounds. What emerges is not a prediction — it is a structured model of how divergent reasoning propagates through a complex stakeholder system. This is Multi-Agent Divergent Thinking: the antidote to institutional groupthink.

02 · KNOWLEDGE ABSTRACTION

“From raw data to structured world models.”

Before a single agent acts, AlphaGraph constructs a knowledge graph from the scenario brief, seed materials, and external data sources. Entities, relationships, and causal structures are extracted via LLM-powered Named Entity Recognition and mapped into a queryable graph via Zep GraphRAG. This graph becomes the shared world model that grounds every agent’s reasoning — ensuring High-Fidelity Agentic Grounding rather than unanchored generation. The abstraction layer is what separates simulation from speculation.

03 · STRATEGIC PLANNING

“Map the cascade. Identify the intervention points.”

Decisions don’t fail in isolation — they cascade. A pricing change triggers competitor repositioning, which shifts media framing, which alters regulator attention. AlphaGraph’s discrete-round simulation architecture models these multi-order effects across parallel communication channels. Coalition detection identifies which stakeholder clusters amplify or dampen the cascade. The output is not a sentiment score — it is an intervention map: where to act, when to act, and what happens if you don’t.

04 · TRUSTWORTHY AI

“Every claim audited. Every source traceable.”

AlphaGraph’s 7-stage report pipeline includes a dedicated Fact-Checker that validates every numerical claim against verified simulation data. An Editor enforces ordinal vocabulary accuracy and temporal consistency. A References Appendix links every finding to specific agent actions — enabling full source traceability. Person names are sanitised at write-time via LLM-powered NER with heuristic fallback, producing a GDPR audit trail. This is Explainable AI by construction, not by annotation.

EU AI Act-Aligned by Architecture, Not by Afterthought

Every layer of the system — from data ingestion to report delivery — is designed for auditability, explainability, and data sovereignty.
EXPLAINABLE AI (XAI)

A dedicated AI auditor validates every claim in every report.

The 7-stage report pipeline includes a dedicated Fact-Checker model that operates independently of the report writer. It compares every numerical claim, percentage, and ordinal statement against verified simulation data extracted by the Harvester stage. Fabricated statistics are flagged and corrected before any human sees the report. Ordinal vocabulary is enforced to strict thresholds. This is Explainable AI by construction — the audit is embedded in the generation pipeline itself.

DATA SOVEREIGNTY

Your scenario data never leaves your control.

All simulation data is workspace-scoped and tenant-isolated at both application and database level. Person names are automatically sanitised at write-time via LLM-powered NER with deterministic heuristic fallback. Every sanitisation event is recorded in a GDPR-compliant audit trail that supports Data Subject Access Requests. Authentication tokens for external connectors are stored using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption. Scenario data is never used for model training and never shared across tenants.

CONTENT INTEGRITY

Multi-layer defence against adversarial content manipulation.

External data sources pass through a multi-layer sanitisation pipeline before entering the simulation. Override phrase detection strips instruction injection attempts. Unicode homoglyph normalisation prevents obfuscated attacks. System marker detection blocks prompt boundary manipulation. Internal control sequences are escaped to prevent protocol hijacking. All sanitisation events are logged for audit.

AUDITABILITY

Every decision, every state change, every export — logged and exportable.

AlphaGraph maintains a comprehensive audit log of all user actions: simulation creation, report generation, share-link issuance and revocation, approval workflow transitions, and data exports. Audit records include user identity, timestamp, and action metadata. The full audit stream is queryable via API and exportable as CSV for compliance review. Combined with the References Appendix and the Person Abstraction Log, AlphaGraph provides the complete accountability chain required by the EU AI Act for high-risk AI systems.

Direct answers.

How realistic are the agents?
Each agent is initialised from a knowledge graph built from your seed data. They carry distinct memories, sentiment priors, active windows, and behavioral parameters. They don’t post randomly — they respond to context, react to each other, and update across rounds. High-reasoning agents (journalists, analysts, politicians) operate on deeper inference budgets than standard agents.
How long does a simulation take?
Simulation duration depends on the number of agents and rounds configured for your scenario. Both are configurable per tier. Results are available immediately upon completion and you can monitor progress in real time during the run.
What platforms does AlphaGraph simulate?
AlphaGraph simulates multiple platforms and communication channels simultaneously — including Info Plaza (modelled on Twitter/X), Topic Community (modelled on Reddit), and additional channels depending on your scenario. Running them in parallel lets you see how your decision lands differently across fast-moving versus community-driven environments.
Can I use my own seed data?
Yes. You upload your own source materials — briefings, articles, client documents — and AlphaGraph’s knowledge graph engine extracts the entities, relationships, and context that shape the simulation. The more specific your seeds, the more accurate the scenario.
Is this a monitoring tool?
No. Monitoring shows you what has already happened. AlphaGraph models what is likely to happen before your decision enters the environment. These are different products solving different problems — and conflating them is why most “intelligence” tools don’t change what teams are able to do when it matters most.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption. Your scenarios, seed files, and results are workspace-scoped and tenant-isolated at both application and database level. Data is never used for model training or shared with other customers. Person names in scenario briefs are automatically sanitised via LLM-powered NER with a full GDPR audit trail. We operate under standard enterprise data processing agreements with Data Sovereignty by Design.
How does AlphaGraph prevent confirmation bias?
Every agent persona is generated with an explicit Outcome Neutrality constraint. Agents are grounded in their own interests, incentives, and institutional positions as of the scenario start date — never anchored to expected outcomes. The system explicitly forbids framings that presuppose a conclusion. The simulation exists to discover emergent behaviour, not to validate a predetermined thesis. This is what makes AlphaGraph a scientific instrument, not a confirmation engine.
What is AlphaGraph’s Technology Readiness Level?
AlphaGraph operates at TRL-6: system prototype demonstrated in a relevant environment. The platform is deployed on production infrastructure, processing real scenario data for design partners across corporate strategy, public sector policy, and financial risk applications. The 7-stage audited report pipeline, Zep GraphRAG integration, and multi-agent simulation engine are all operational. Our roadmap targets TRL-8 within 24 months.
